In the last couple of months I’ve had 2-3 episodes where one of my eyes got zig-zaggy lines with blind spot for about 20 minutes, then went away. I wrote it off as an "ophthalmic migraine," from what I read on google. Then today I was getting my nails done when I had that same symptom in both eyes. It started to go away, and then I got the most fearsome headache ever on the top right of my forehead, along with nausea but no vomiting. I went home after pulling over til I could drive again, took a 45 minute shut-eye, and felt much better. I still feel kind of like a mild normal headache right now, hours later, especially if I move my head quickly, but it feels like it’s getting better.
I’m 26 years old, and have never even had a real headache before, let alone something like this. Is it normal to get a first migraine at my age? Is that what this was? I’m getting myself pretty worked up about having brain cancer or something awful.

You really need to go to a doctor as soon as possible. You may even want to go to the emergency room. Your headaches could be something small and simple or something as serious as a brain tumor or stroke. I am not a doctor and am not in the medical field, but what you’ve described does not sound normal to me.
