Head pressure? or something?

Original Post :

"Ever since I was in sixth grade (i am now 20), I got "ophthalmologic migraine’s". I’d see weird lights, like tv snow, and then lose my vision for about an hour at most, then got a HORRIBLE migraine. But recently I had one, and it hasnt went away. I feel like im stuck in the first 5 minutes of that kind of headache, where I can see, but not see everything. Like a blind spot. What should I do? my eyes feel strained, and I dont have a headache. Please help. It feels like something is missing out of the picture.

Also, I have a pituitary tumor, but its a microadenoma. The surgeon said it was not causing these headaches. That was a year ago.

Please help "

So i went to the Ophthalmologist and they ran every test possible for my eyes. The doctor told me my eyes are perfect. I just have an astigmatism. He took pictures of my retina and said that if there was pressure on my optic nerve from the tumor, hed see something.

He said it could be pressure in my brain, or lack of blood flow. Like "falling asleep on an arm."

What could this possibly mean? I went for an MRI/MRA today but it got canceled until next week.

What could any of this mean?

Additional information:

I have an under active thyroid (not from the tumor, the tumor doesn’t affect any hormones)
Aortic Stenosis, Aortic regurgitation, and high blood pressure, Asthma, Ophthalmic migraines and Mental issues as well.

anyone know what to do?

Questions about migraines (did I have one? Is it normal?)?

In the last couple of months I’ve had 2-3 episodes where one of my eyes got zig-zaggy lines with blind spot for about 20 minutes, then went away. I wrote it off as an "ophthalmic migraine," from what I read on google. Then today I was getting my nails done when I had that same symptom in both eyes. It started to go away, and then I got the most fearsome headache ever on the top right of my forehead, along with nausea but no vomiting. I went home after pulling over til I could drive again, took a 45 minute shut-eye, and felt much better. I still feel kind of like a mild normal headache right now, hours later, especially if I move my head quickly, but it feels like it’s getting better.

I’m 26 years old, and have never even had a real headache before, let alone something like this. Is it normal to get a first migraine at my age? Is that what this was? I’m getting myself pretty worked up about having brain cancer or something awful.

Is this a migraine? Am I okay?
